Atari Getting Some Help

Following up last week's Atari article, it seems Infogrames Entertainment (Atari's parent company) is using its BlueBay division to buy Atari's debt and inject it with $10M to carry it through the holiday season.

Yet this $10M isn't going to cut it, Atari says, and they're looking for further financing.

Kotaku's Mike Fahey makes the jab, "I'm patiently waiting for a PayPal donation button to appear on their homepage."

Atari's future is looking pretty foggy, and I'll be checking to see what becomes of the long-standing, yet mis-managed company.
